1/2 cup of Irene’s Mayonnaise
1/4 cup drained prepared horseradish.
1/2 cup well chilled heavy cream.
In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise and horseradish. In a chilled bowl beat cream until it holds soft peaks. Fold it into the mayonnaise mixture and season the dressing with salt and pepper. Cover and chill until ready to serve. Tip! This is excellent with steak salad!
