Green Goddess Dressing

1/2 a cup sour cream.
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice.
2 tablespoons white vinegar.
1/2 teaspoon anchovy paste.
3 tablespoons minced fresh parsley leaves.
2 scallions minced.
1 garlic clove minced.
3/4 cup of Irene’s Mayonnaise


In a food processor or blender, Blend well the sour cream, lemon juice, vinegar, the anchovy paste, parsley, the scallions, and the garlic, Fold the mixture into the mayonnaise and season the dressing with salt and pepper. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
